How does the ordering process work?

It’s simple! Browse our weekly menu, select your favorite meals, and checkout. You can choose a one-time order to "build your own cart" or set up a recurring subscription to save time and money.

When is the order deadline?

To ensure the freshest ingredients, all orders must be placed by Friday at noon for delivery or pickup on Sunday.

Can I customize my meals?

    • Yes! While our chef-curated meals are balanced for flavor, many items allow for protein swaps or side substitutions directly in the ordering portal.

Where do you deliver?

We currently serve the Salt Lake Valley. Enter your zip code at checkout to see if you are within our delivery zone!

When will my meals arrive?

Deliveries are typically made on Monday between 9-11am. You’ll receive a text notification when your meals are at your doorstep.

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

    • Nope! Our meals are delivered in insulated bags with gel packs. However, we recommend bringing them inside as soon as possible to maintain freshness, especially during Utah’s summer months.

How long do the meals stay fresh?

Our meals are made fresh (never frozen!) and are designed to stay delicious for 5–7 days in the refrigerator. Each container is labeled with a "Use By" date.

How do I heat my meals?

Most meals are best heated in the microwave for 1.5 to 2 minutes. For the best experience with certain items (like steak or roasted veggies), we provide oven-reheating instructions on the label.

Do you cater to specific diets?

Absolutely. You can filter our menu by Gluten-Free, Keto, Dairy-Free, or Low-Carb options to find exactly what fits your lifestyle.

Am I locked into a contract?

Not at all. You can pause, skip a week, or cancel your subscription at any time through your SPRWT account dashboard before the weekly deadline.
